Made to Measure
17 to 29 May 2010
Monday to Saturday: 9am - 5pm
Sunday: 10am - 4pm
A show of contemporary textiles from Textiles and Paper group (TaP). Work includes weave, felt, knit, tapestry, print and hand painting.
Made to Measure is a new exhibition in direct response to the Pop-Up studio space at Brewery Arts. Considerations of measurements, scale and spatial awareness initiated the Made to Measure theme, with each artist making a unique interpretation of the project. The group has responded using a variety of materials and techniques, including feltmaking, weaving, stitch and print in both 2 and 3-dimensions.
TaP is a group of independent textile artists and makers living and working in the Midlands, who aim to showcase contemporary textiles around the region.

TaP members exhibiting are:
Barbara Fidoe
Deborah Roberts
Diane Cooke
Ermione Jackson-Miles
