How to book

The price shown is the standard cost of the course or workshop.  Friends of New Brewery Arts are entitled to a reduced price, which is calculated automatically at the checkout. 

Places fill up quickly so your booking will only be secured once we receive payment.  Make your booking as soon as possible using one of the following methods:

• You can book online at any time using the link at the bottom of the relevant course or workshop page. 

• For those of you who are unable to book online we will take bookings by phone or in person between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (office closed Saturdays and Sundays).  Ring New Brewery Arts on 01285 657181 quoting the title of the performance and code next to your choice. When booking by telephone, payment must be made using a credit or debit card.

• In person in the Booking Office during opening hours, Monday to Friday. You can pay using cash, cheques, credit or debit cards

When you book a course or workshop

• you will receive a payment receipt by email - or by post if we do not have your email address
• when we have sufficient numbers to ensure the course will run you will receive a confirmation email/ letter containing further details and joining instructions

If, for any reason, the course/workshop does not go ahead we will notify you by telephone as soon as possible.

Refunds

If you cancel a course or workshop more than 14 days before it is due to start a 10% administration fee will be deducted from any refund.

Cancellation within 14 days of the course or workshop does not qualify for a refund.

A full refund will be given if New Brewery Arts cancels the course/workshop.

At our discretion, we may offer a credit note to be used for another course/workshop at New Brewery Arts.
