In the afternoon you will learn about the finishing colour-laying technique.

Consolidate your learning from the first day by bringing in a piece of your own furniture (or two smaller pieces) to paint under supervision.
After planning and sketching out your chosen colour-scheme, you will put you knowledge and skill into practise under the watchful eye of the tutor to go home with a finished piece of furniture painted to professional standards.
There will also be a chance to try your hand at mixing bespoke colours from the Chalkpaint palette and the course includes you very own copy of Annie Sloan’s Chalkpaint Workbook - a useful project book that will help you to plan your piece and record your ideas.
After two days of tuition and practical experience, you will have the skills you need to start painting furniture to a very high standard.
