A two day workshop  learning to make a wired skeleton armature of an animal and then needle felt onto it to make a realistic, moveable animal. Though a challenge, it is suitable for beginners or experienced needle-felters. Day one will be working on making the skeleton and the basic body shape, Day two top coat fur, features, feet, eyes and expressions so you should go home with a beautiful finished piece.

If you have a particular animal in mind that you would like to make, then please let Karin know in advance of the workshop so she can bring the right images of the skeletons and colours along. If you are not sure what to make or don’t mind, she will bring materials to make a hare.
