Learn how to plan, design and print an original woodcut. We will look at the different ways that artists have approached this medium, and how it differs from other ways of printing with wood.
We will be using wood that is easy to cut, but there will be information about different types of wood which are suitable to use and the best tools and paper for the best results. We will print by hand, so that you will be able to continue printing at home without the need for a press.
