Come and learn how to make your very own bud vase. You will learn two techniques during the day.

The first will be on the potters wheel and you will be shown how to centre the clay and shape from a cylinder into a small curvy bud vase with a narrow neck perfect to hold your stems. The second will be a slab built vase where you will get a chance to roll in different textures into your slab of clay and then shape into a cylinder to hold a taller stem.

Towards the end of the session you will use underglazes and slips to add colour to your pieces. All work will be fired and glazed and ready for you to collect a few weeks later.
