Expand your lino printing knowledge by learning how to design, cut and print a full coloured print, using the reduction method. This method allows you to build up coloured layers using only one block, which you will learn how to register, so that you can get each colour aligned on the paper.
This method gives you much greater design freedom in colour choice and is a good technique to know. In order to make the most of the day, we will be working on small blocks, A6 and A5. If you wish to make a quite detailed print, it would be best to use the smaller size block. It would be helpful to bring some ideas, sketches or photos to inspire your prints.
