Join our resident upholsterer and textiles maker Ruth Martin on this day workshop to learn how to sew a piped enveloped cushion.

In this workshop Ruth will guide you step-by-step in creating a stylish piped cushion that features an envelope opening. Throughout the session, you will learn essential sewing techniques that will enable you to design and produce a piped cushion of your own, as well as gaining the confidence to make more, either for your own home or to give as beautiful gifts.

Over the course of the day, you will not only learn how to enhance your sewing skills but also be actively encouraged to use your creativity and individuality in your crafting journey. Whether you are a seasoned sewer looking to try a new project, or new to sewing and eager to learn, this workshop promises to be an enjoyable, enriching, and fulfilling experience for everyone involved.

By the end of the workshop, you will proudly take home your very own beautifully crafted 40x40cm cushion, which serves as a testament to your newfound skills, creativity, and effort.
