Bring along items that need repair to our expert team of repairers from the Cirencester Repair Cafe and Workbench.
ABOUT THE SESSION
Come along and see how craft and creativity can be brought into fixing everyday objects, or how something can be given a new lease of life. Bring in any item (within reason!) for a fix, repair or rejuvenation.
Repair Cafes offer a mixture in the types of repairs they can do, ranging from:
Textiles
Knife Sharpening
Electrical goods
Bric-a-Brac
You will be able to sit with the volunteers as they carry out the repairs, by doing this you can pick up valuable, life long skills which will mean less and less items being discarded as ‘unfixable’.
We cannot guarantee that we are able to repair everything brought to the café, but we will give it a try.
