Explore the unique character of acrylic inks and the exquisite qualities of watercolour to create atmospheric and imaginative landscapes.
Respond from your feelings, memories and senses to create personal responses to the theme of landscape, paint the land you love, and let your own inner landscapes take form. Give yourself permission to enjoy the unexpected, to have fun and to delight in the inevitable ‘happy accidents’.
In this workshop you will explore the surprising possibilities of watercolour and acrylic inks when combined with a mix of substances, surfaces and mixed media. During the workshop Emma will introduce you to a diversity of ways to work with watercolour and ink from washes and glazes to feathers and fingers.
