Join photographer Georgina Valentine on this day workshop to learn how to make the most of your smartphone camera.

Ever wish you could take frameworthy photos with your smartphone? In this hands-on workshop, Georgina will help you build your photography skills – and an understanding of your phone’s camera controls – so that you can take your photos to the next level.

You will start by exploring how light, depth of field and simple tweaks to your composition can transform your photography.

The day will combine a mix of learning in the studio and getting out with your camera to put your new skills into practice. You will finish the day back in the studio, learning how to edit your images and get the very best result from your fieldwork.

With so many people now relying on their smartphone as their main – or only camera – this workshop has been designed to show students how they can get the very best from their phone camera and take beautiful photos.
