Join mindfulness artist Vicky McPherson on this 2-day immersive workshop to learn the craft of mandala dot work technique.
Join Vicky for a relaxing two day mandala painting workshop designed especially for beginners. Over the two days, you’ll unwind and reconnect with your creativity through the slow, mindful art of dot painting. Guided step-by-step by an experienced tutor, you will learn about the meaning and patterns of mandalas, explore colour expression, and create your own stunning 40cm mandala in your choice of colours. With time to chat, take breaks, and enjoy the inspiring surroundings of New Brewery Arts, this workshop offers a truly calming and fulfilling creative experience.
By the end of the workshop, you will leave with a beautiful, finished mandala ready to hang at home, complete with mirrors and a glossy varnish finish. More than that, you’ll take away a sense of calm, focus, and creative confidence. The slow, rhythmic process of dot painting encourages mindfulness and presence, helping you to unwind and reconnect with yourself. Many participants describe it as a meditative experience that brings both joy and peace long after the workshop ends.
